Product Description
1. The overall layout of the machine tool adopts a compact and reasonable Doushan structure, with a 45 degree inclined bed. The bed material is made of high-density cast iron, which has high strength and strong shock absorption, and the bed stability is better.
2. The overall hard rail structure provides better rigidity for the machine tool, eliminating the gap between the track and slider, resulting in better long-term accuracy retention.
3. Equipped with a 125 center height and a 440 opposite side large cutterhead turret, it better avoids tool interference.
4. The bed rotation reached 630, with a maximum shaft cutting length of 530.
5. The spindle adopts A2-8, which can meet various processing methods such as large feed, heavy cutting, and high speed.
