1. The HT300 integrated casting bed has high tensile and seismic resistance.

2.Designed with a 45 degree tilt angle, it is more convenient to remove debris and eliminates the trouble of entanglement and damage to parts.

3. The bed adopts a large turret with a center height of 125 at 12 workstations, with a larger span of the turret. The single tool 12mm cutting is not inferior to hard rail machine tools.

4. This machine tool is equipped with an A2-8 main spindle unit, with a through-hole of 80mm and a bar material of 70mm, suitable for working on long shafts.

5. The machine tool is equipped with a 15KW low-speed high torque motor, which can reach a torque of 215NM. In the later stage, a reducer can also be installed, so there is no need to worry about damaging the cutting tool due to the inability to move the workpiece.

6. This machine tool can process shaft and disc parts, turn threads, arcs, cones, and the inner and outer surfaces of rotating bodies, and perform efficient, large-scale, and high-precision processing on rotating body parts. The Z-axis stroke is 1520mm, and the maximum cutting length can reach 1500mm. Reasonable matching of the stiffness of components such as the spindle, bed, and tailstock in the design greatly improves the rigidity of the entire machine and ensures stability during re cutting. Therefore, the machining accuracy of the outer circle on this machine tool can reach IT7 level.
