1.HT300 one-piece cast bed has high tensile resistance and shock resistance.

2. 45-degree tilt angle design makes chip removal more convenient and eliminates the trouble of chip entanglement and damage to parts.

3. This lathe uses a large turret with 12 stations and 125mm center height. The turret span is larger, and the 12mm cutting performance of a single tool is not inferior to that of a hard rail machine tool. 

4. This machine tool is equipped with an A2-8 large spindle unit, and through holes can be made 80 is more than 70 for bar stock, which is convenient for doing some long-axis work.

5. The machine tool is equipped with a 15KW low-speed high-torque motor, the torque can reach 215NM, and a reducer can be installed later, so you no longer have to worry about damaging the tool if it cannot dry the workpiece.

6. This machine tool can process shafts and disk parts, turn threads, arcs, cones and internal and external curved surfaces of rotating bodies, and perform efficient, large-volume and high-precision processing of rotating parts. The Z-direction stroke is 2050mm, and the maximum cutting length can reach 2000mm. In the design, the rigidity of the spindle, bed, tailstock and other components is reasonably matched, which greatly improves the rigidity of the entire machine and ensures stability during heavy cutting.
